Disruptive Behaviour A. Entering the room inappropriately, not being ready to start or being late for class B. Not sitting in your allocated seat C. Not bringing all equipment to class D. Not following the safety rules of the laboratory E. Not respecting teacher’s authority or following instructions F. Not completing a consequence G. Talking off task, yelling out or talking too loudly H. Using a mobile phone I. Not working in class or poor bookwork J. Damaging, stealing, or disturbing the property of other people K. Violent, aggressive, offensive, dangerous or bullying behaviour Consequences A. Warning B. Counselling C. Re-enter the room correctly D. Stand up in class E. Isolation in class F. Procedures The teacher will stamp your book at the end of each lesson if your work is complete. The teacher will mark your book regularly. The teacher will write name of students with warning on the board. If your behaviour improves then the teacher will take your name off the board. If you continue disruptive behaviour then you will receive a consequence. Your name will be recorded if you receive a consequence. If you are frequently disruptive then you will receive more severe consequences. Enter the room correctly. Listen to instructions. Whisper when working and only about science. Follow the safety rules of the laboratory. Use experimental equipment correctly and calmly.
